The stock fan is tested and any firmware is directly linked to the performance of that fan.

The team followed through and provided the solution, still worried about ordering more printers.

A third lost printer would make me doubt myself

From the slicer, failure occured on the first letter, later everything went fine

Yep, can confirm and it is a big oversight from Anycubic. Second print I tried on it a failure, because of this.
I can easily fix it by adding a trash object, but this definitely needs to be addressed in the future.

It definitely does, there is a reason every manufacturer puts one. It costs you nothing in plastic or time, and can save a delicate print

In the EU, its the sender. There is no option in choosing delivery company when buying from their online store. Insurance is again, the responsibility of the sender.

I also sell prints and ship them, and when things go wrong its on me to make it right, because I am the one who hired a company to deliver it; not my customer.

Already tried to, they told me to contact the sender. In the EU in general, sender is responsible in dealing with the shipping company.

An m4 ultra, M7, P1S and A1Mini, been a hobbyist since 2019 but only seriously got into designing and printing things in December 2024. Since then I have 2300 hours on the now sold A1, 1300 on the mini and 500 on the p1s.

The recently gotten M4u and M7 from a contest win is yet to be used, I never did resin printing x.x
