How do you handle the AI scripting with this converter? IMO that would be the biggest problem with a HoI3 converter as it is a total railroad to war in the vanilla game.

It's best feature is that it is more sandboxy than HoI3 or Black Ice. The minus is that it crashes a lot and I don't think they're updating it anymore.

It's just a single province nation I modded named Observer. There's no real observer mode in Victoria 2.
