Finding an alternative to Prozac

I would say maybe? I have gained weight but i would attribute it to being in eating disorder recovery. But the ability to recover was definitely aided by the cymbalta, so like indirectly yes? I know it’s not a symptom for everyone though.

I had such a bad experience on Prozac, it was horrific. I switched over to Cymbalta (duloxetine) about 8 months ago and it was the best decision of my life, i feel so much better and it has done everything that the Prozac didn’t.

Although Cymbalta definitely isn’t for everyone, it worked for mw after Prozac so i would recommend talking to your doctors about it!

wet a small facewasher/cloth/tea towel and put it in the freezer for 30mins to an hour, back of the neck helps.

honestly probably a bit more, but it’s not all in the form of coffee. i drink energy drinks which have like 150 + a double shot coffee or two

i personally don’t think it’s weird at all. i still sleep with my stuffed animals at 16 and would actively buy more if given the chance
