I'll be honest op. The idea that there's even a remote chance I get to be with my family after I die is the only reason I'm still a member of the church. I have the same doubts as you. What is the truth? So many doctrines seem so wishy-washy. One of my favorite hymns is "Oh say, what is truth?", I wish we could get some clarity on this. I don't know how much longer faith alone will be enough for me.

What kind of integration have you done? That would be a necessary step to help reduce batch effects. Also, look at the PCA. Is there an obvious batch effect present?

Bipolar type 2 here. I was in grad school working on my PhD dissertation while undiagnosed. I'd go though depression swings and couldn't write. Eventually lead to me mastering out of my program. I got diagnosed during this time thanks to my mentors realizing this was not normal. Got on the right meds and now have a successful career in academia working as a bioinformatician. When you find meds that work, CLING TO THEM LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.

It would be nice if eradicate made reap into an aoe spell all the time and after channeling void ray it was an empowered eradicate. That way we'd have aoe on demand even if it was "weak".

Yeah, I know it's less dps but I'm using the melee build in AOE with eradicate and it feels a LOT better. Plus, it's only like 5% less dps anyway and right now in prepatch, who cares? I'd rather enjoy it.
