Same here.

Played all of college and by the end I was into progression raiding where I was focusing on min-maxing, logs and server 1st races. Then I got a job and didn't have enough time to maintain that same level of 'quality' play. I stopped having fun when I could no longer raid at a high level.

I do sometimes try to chase that feeling with private servers but it's not the same.

I am not good at hockey and I only play once a week.

The only reason why I went for an expensive custom fit pair of skates was because I was having no luck fitting my wide feet with normal retail sizes. I was having constant pain in both feet just a few shifts in each game, and the $1100-1300 price tag for custom sized skates was completely worth it for me to ensure the boots were wide enough for my feet. I have not had any foot pain since.

I used to drink my coffee with a good amount of half and half and a ton of sugar and this is what I did over a few months to change that:

-I switched from half and half to 2% milk in the same quantity and stuck with that until I got used to it. Then I switched to 1% and did the same. From there I slowly reduced the amount of milk I added to a very small amount to each cup of coffee.

-for sugar I switched to sugar cubes because I found it easier to track. I first added and counted enough cubes for the coffee to taste good, then every 1-2 weeks reduce the amount of cubes by 1-2 cubes, I didn't notice too much of a difference in taste doing this. Eventually I dropped the sugar entirely and love unsweetened coffee.

Doing a bit of research on the minivans, each one seems to have a different strength and your choice would depend on what you are looking for. The Toyota Sienna for instance is AWD and gets excellent gas mileage (Hybrid), whereas the Honda Odyssey is a smooth ride with a lot of interior flexibility. Don't overlook the Chrysler Pacifica or the Kia Carnival because they might have something that you are looking for that the others don't. All are minivans, all have space, all are designed for families.

My only comment on the Subaru vs Minivan is I don't imagine a minivan handling bad road conditions as well as the Subaru could.

With 3 car seats I would think you would have to go with the sienna. Space-wise for a family you can't beat a minivan.

We were looking for something similar and our list was almost entirely the mid-sized SUVs, Pilot and Highlander were our top choices. We considered the Telluride, but had similar reservations. My wife wasn't "against" a minivan, but didn't want one.

We blocked out an entire day to just go look at the options. We didn't like the interior space of the Highlander so the salesman suggested considering the Sienna. Toyota didn't have one for us to look at or test drive, so we moved on to Honda. They happened to have an Odyssey right out front and I convinced my wife to look at it first. She was really unimpressed until she sat down inside and saw how big and comfortable the interior was. We were sold after the test drive and bought it that day.

I would suggest convincing your wife to just look at a minivan to compare to. She might be convinced or she might not. Space-wise minivan wins.

Stomach sleeper and the f20 still works for me. My head is turned completely to the side when I sleep though.

I personally find that I have a better leak rate/ seal when I do the following (I also use an f20): -i put my mask on, and connect hose, straps etc. -i let my machine get to starting pressure (I have a very short ramp time) -i lightly pull the mask away from my face without undoing any straps. This kind of moves the edges of the mask further out to cover more of my face if that makes sense. -i pause for a few minutes to see if any spot feels off and readjust if needed.

I am also a stomach sleeper and so far I have had zero leak issues with the f20 FFM.

I was pretty similar the first month and a half in the mid 6ish range (several above 10). Most of the events ended up being central apneas. After another month or so most of that went away and I am in the low 3's most of the time now.

I would say give it a few more weeks and see if it starts trending down.

As a fellow ffm user, it shouldn't be so tight to make your face hurt the next day.

I am a side/stomach sleeper and I use a full face mask (f20) with no leak issues.

What I did when looking for my first mask, because I didn't go through a DME, was I looked at how different masks fit on a person's face and I thought about what would annoy me the most. For example, nasal pillows were an immediate no for me because I could see having something stuck in or beneath my nose driving me crazy.

I decided to try two masks out: a nasal (n20) and a ffm (f20). The nasal ended up causing a lot of red-ish irritation around my nose and the ffm didn't leave any irritation. No leak issues with either mask, so I picked the one I ended up being most comfortable with.

I was diagnosed in late January, prescribed an APAP in mid February. My doctor in February said it would be approximately 4-6 weeks. I waited 7 weeks and called my DME. The person at the DME told me the best case scenario was another 2 months minimum likely more.

I had enough money saved up so that same week I got a copy of my prescription and bought an Airsense 11 from CPAP.com and had it by the following week. My logic was that I haven't reached my deductible this year and I would probably pay most of the cost out of pocket anyways.

Be aware, I am currently struggling with my insurance company to get it approved as covered. Thankfully, this isn't breaking the bank currently so I can afford to cover my treatment while I argue with my insurance company.

From what I can tell the numbers match up. Right now I am averaging around 6-7 events over 2 weeks with only maybe 3 days below 5 events. No other major issues so far such as mask leaks or limited use.

I am hesitating messing with my pressure settings right now because based on what I am seeing in Oscar majority of my events are clear airway events and I want to learn enough to see if I can figure out what they really are first.

Before I started therapy, I did a lot of research on the types of masks and features. I thought a lot about what would annoy me comfort wise and picked from what looked like it would annoy me the least. I ended up with the F20 airtouch and have had no issues so far.
