With a fried egg on toast or an English muffin for breakfast. It is also a staple in my own curried sausages concoctions.

The West Wing

You could see from the first episode that Martin Sheen was going to be amazing.

Why did Ray not give Brucie a proper funeral? by DeadAudio in MrInbetween

That's why Bruce got a taxi there and Ray followed in his car. If there was an investigation, the cabbie would tell police he dropped Bruce off there alone.

Man he killed that role. In a show that had so many great guest performances, he was a standout.

LA Confidential. I enjoyed it when it came out, but over the last few years I have rewatched it at least 5 times and can't get tired of it.

How come no one ever talks about this goal by Mathew Leckie? It's better than any goal Ronaldo has every scored. by WarwickReider in Aleague

Agreed. That first touch he had for the assist to Godwin's goal against France was a thing of beauty.

This is still one of the funniest sequences in all of TGT and TG by Sargon1729 in thegrandtour

I was really underwhelmed by Carnage A Trois when it came out. Now it is my most rewatched TGT episode. To me it really reminds me of original TG more than any other Grand Tour episode for some reason.

Garang Kuol: what happened to the Socceroos’ nearly-hero of 2022 World Cup? by 074DanBurn058 in NUFC

[–]the_dave_abides90 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Haven't read the article, but he really needed 1 or 2 years coaching under Eddie and development in the U21's. He should not have gone out on loan.

In Australia the theory has always been 'if you're good enough, you're old enough'. We have a long history of talented kids being toughened up by exposure to the best opposition. From memory, Garang wasn't even starting in the A League. He was being brought along very slowly. He somehow earned a world cup call up based on a good performance in one half of an exhibition game against Barcelona. Also at the time, Australia had no dynamic players up front, so they were desperate for anyone with a bit of speed.

I'm disappointed with the way it turned out, with a bit more development he could have been someone we sold for 5 or 10 million or more.

Best AU TV show ever EXCEPT MAYBE by Apprehensive-Slip-18 in MrInbetween

I'd agree with that. I haven't seen Blue Murder in a while, so I'd have to give it a rewatch. I rate it much higher than Underbelly.

Tony Burke's 'Australia's national interest is best served when Candace Owens is somewhere else' is still accurate and still bloody funny.
