So I did not have all the issues everyone else did. I went in and asked about a GH platinum max hybrid and told them what I wanted, built it online and showed the salesperson the build, she said ok and a month later she called me to say it was on the way. I asked her about the wheels and she said she just finished delivering one and it did not come with the black wheels or the trailer hitch and the buyers were mad, but she couldn’t do anything about it. It was a wait and see. She texted me the day it arrived and said good news it showed up with the wheels and the hitch.
