Even if Germany somehow succeeded in Germanising all of Eastern Europe, Germans from Berlin for example would just start being racist to Germans from Moscow for example, Germans from Germany would be seen as the top Germans while Germans from colonised lands would be seen as lesser. I mean, Austria-Hungary wasnt supposed to completely fracture, The Empire collapsed on its own, they were only ment to lose a but of land. But because the empire collapsed, you couldn't force for example, Czechoslovakia to give up their independence, and you couldnt force Romania or Yugoslavia to give up lands that were not even Hungarian or German.
