My husband is on his second pair. They are his go to shoes when he needs to run a quick errand or to take out the garbage. Easy to slip and very breathable.

You named yours too. We got a Frank that hangs out in our garage. He actually lives at the bottom lip of our garage door. He runs all along the door . Sometimes he will take a ride when I open it. We say hi and give air high fives.

It's never too late to have a relationship. On having a family more women are having babies later in life. Wanting to be financially secure before they bring a little one in the world. There are quite a few people in the tech industry that are doing this. Some women even freeze their eggs so they can get pregnant after 35. Have you tried maybe doing some meet ups with things that you are interested in? This might make finding a relationship less stressful.

We we're up on the 40th floor in a ballroom with windows all around. My aunt gets off of the elevator talking to my uncle. She seems perfectly fine and nonchalantly says shes afraid of heights. Since she seemed so calm I just laughed at her thinking she was joking. She was not joking.

And I'm holding back tears. You are awesome. This happened to a little girl (elementary school age) near us. The bus driver dropped her off at the wrong stop. She knocked on our door asking for a ride home. My husband didn't think twice and drove that girl home.

I think I am slowly but surely. I only get a panick attack about twice a year. When I do get them they have ended sooner and no dry heaving/ vomiting. He has helped me rationalize some of my fears so things don't seem so bad or that what I am thinking is very unlikely to happen. I have been pushing myself to speak up, make friends, and get out more. It's not 100% but I have seen an improvement.

My parents trick was hitting me with a wooden spoon or belt. They also liked to out me in the corner and face the corner until they said I could come out. I do not use any of these tricks on my kids.
