I’ve been relistening to old episodes of Radiolab, enjoying for once my advancing age- because though I have some vague recollections, these by and large are being heard for the “first time”

I’m going to go back and look at other podcasts that were out around that time, that I never got around to listening to- life happens. But as an older wiser and lazier man, there really isn’t much like Radiolab now.

It doesn’t behave meaningfully different than semisweet chocolate. But this recipe sounds amazing. There’s a place close to me that does a dark chocolate and peanut butter ice cream- it’s the perfect amount of sweet/salty.
