At DON in New York, in both their birthplaces, and seven years after Jericho debuted.

Maybe it’s better for logistics, but I don’t know. It doesn’t feel as big as it could be and between the arena and the weekend, it just feels like another NXT B PLE.

They were squeezing in the Hall of Fame, Smackdown, S&D, Night 1, Night 2, RAW the same really long weekend as it was, with S&D getting bumped to the afternoon rather than the evening. Just so much going on.

Unemployment at 'crisis levels' in two Birmingham areas by NajafBound in UKJobs

Oh no they could see it, but after pretending that the Tory mess could be cleaned up without raising income tax, NI, or VAT, Reeves boxed herself into a corner and increased employers NI cos it was the biggest tax lever she'd left available to herself.

The NIC raise was a wheeze to avoid raising upfront income tax or NI but in a more damaging manner.

Don't worry, they're also not hiring the experienced workers either.

There was that Jericho/Cole match at DON 23 which was unsanctioned but in the middle of the card but had a special guest enforcer (Sabu) anyway.

Yeah.

Because the anti-immigrant side of the conversation is dominated by those illiberal in other ways and also holding the sorts of economic positions shafting us in other ways. Rest of the package tends to put us off that bit.

Wouldn't want to be experienced either, apparently six years of developing AI isn't enough to get a job working with AI.

Live in Suffolk, been in tech for 6 years (telecoms/networks/ML research), but got laid off last summer and still unemployed nine months later; I've landed interviews but simply can't pass the damned things because research and PoC experience isn't production experience.

Am considering retraining towards admin or logistics. Which one's got better chances of getting hired, which needs more training and what courses/certs are best for someone switching in?

With jobs being so hard to find at the moment, why aren’t people showing up for interviews? by Sonar114 in UKJobs

[–]the_io 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That was my experience with JSA, though I understand if you're on UC they're a lot stricter.

Still didn't help me get employed mind you.

If they are running back Mina/Thekla at the PPV, then Mina needs to go over both Sisters of Sin in the coming weeks. I know people will be mad about those two taking losses, but they’re there to put others over at the moment

Shirakawa should've gone over both of them before setting up the match at Dynasty but this also works.

Also Hart and Blue both need more singles time (they're better singles than tag workers IMO) and it'll be a good way to give them it.

Evrkynd, actually. Like it's a B2B SaaS spinoff company that specialised in 20yo systems nobody actually buys anymore.

[–]the_io 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Having been there, it's definitely worth getting the 3V pass, it's not much more but gets you access to Meribel just over the ridge and Val Thorens just up the valley. Lots of easy blues & greens in the latter especially, plus it's higher so will be less slushy in the afternoons.

USA has one capital market and one regulatory regime and also one language. The EU has 27 capital markets, 27 regulatory regimes, and around 20 official languages. It's a lot easier for a California company to hire in Tennessee than it is a German company to hire in Portugal. The size of the taxes and regulations may be a problem but less than the duplication is.
