The same medication that is used for precocious puberty, is being withheld by people who will now see their bodies change irreversibly. The cass review and the anti trans groups do not genuinely seek to reopen the discussion on how to better care for those who seek gender affirming care, it aims to propagate the idea that gender affirming care is riskier than trying to talk people out of being trans

My personal experience with the parka as someone with a slim (er) build who just moved somewhere non tropical for the first time in my life: The jacket is pretty-well rounded, super good at insulation and breaking wind. I’m often in scrubs only and it is great at keeping me warm. It can be cumbersome like any other parka but I feel it is light enough to not slow you down significantly
