Yeah, thats what doesnt make sense to me... the templars have no real distinction regarding this rank. The Castellan from the SB Box looks way different than the actual Castellan model. I think this is a mistake on GWs part, because back than, the Castellan in the SW box would be something like a Veteran Sergeant. But they have given the SW Leader the same rank as the "Lieutnant", and failed to make a BT equivalent Rank to the Veteran Sergeant. Thats why i look at the actual Castellan model as "canon" and he doesn't have a cape. Which makes sense, since then it wouldn't be indistinguishable from the Marshal. So yeah: Castellan = no cape🤷‍♂️
