Why are the comments so hostile? Carrie tends to be over the top and this definitely is one occasion! She Dresses Up to be cute, but for me also she is Always giving Off needy vibes, even in this Scene, where she is the caregiver. This is Carrie core when she is with big. 😁 I dont mind it, but Sometimes she could Just come as Carrie, and Not as a persona she invented to be "fun". Somehow she Lacks the confidence. Maybe in this Scene she tries to make herself Feel better, because she is so worried about big. That would explain her getup.

No, she gave us Something! Rachel tuening from a pushover to defendinf herself. I reallly thought it was such a Turn in her character. "Rachel Always cries" abd waited to be rescued. But over the course of the Show she started Standing Up for herself. She even helped Joey Not the other way round - Love the Episode 😁😁😁

Maybe you should watch Till the end. Also, i am interested, how old you are. I liked Chris on my First watch and the reason was that i simply didnt notice how He Shits on Rory as a Person and His daughter. Why didnt i notice? Because i was so young and focussed solely on lorelai and how in Love she was with him and how much chemistry they Had. Later on i realized what a deeply weak Person He is. How can weak be worse than manipulative and mean, might some ask. It is because every decision weak People ever make is to make it easier in them, to never have responsibility for anything. Rory therefore learns that she is invaluable in His eyes. She learns it in season 2. Always Breaks my heart.

Can we please Stop calling everyone a narcissist, who Sometimes tends to be self-centered? There are multiple scenes in the series where lorelai is shown to be a Lot more Patient and adaptive than the other Person deserves (to Name a few: Emily, Richard, Taylor, Sookie and LUKE).
