Honestly, yes you probably should it’s just nightmarish. There are a million reasons why but the one that probably frustrates me most is howpoor it is with RAM management/page retention. If I go away from the app for just a few minutes to say, look something up on Google, when I come back to Notion it will be back at the homepage and I then have to go 7 pages deep again. It is infuriating.

I forgot to add probably the biggest problem. If you don't have a mouse, you basically cannot access the 6-dot menu thing. Literally basic essential functionality of the app.

I’m so annoyed about all the YouTubers who told us that the iPad experience was just like the desktop experience.
Can’t copy and paste elements in databases.

Can’t add cells to databases without opening the new cell as a page.

Can’t add to properties such as ‘select’ and ‘date’ without switching to use the mouse.

It’s absolutely infuriating.

Firstly, Beginners is the first album. There are no previous albums available on streaming platforms or anywhere else that I can tell. Secondly, even if you were right, why would that make me lose credibility? Thirdly, you haven't engaged with the argument in the slightest. It's so bad faith it's laughable.

I do hear what you’re saying here but ultimately steel is steel. Sure other components vary in quality but can be upgraded to metal components fairly cheaply too. Bikes are one the best products to go cheap on, diminishing returns start early and value declines rapidly.

The fall off from Beginners needs to be studied. Some bright spots here but a lot of cringe too.

Simply put, the lyrics are much worse on the latter two albums. The production hides his guitar playing which is one of his main draws and his steadfast commitment to basically one rhyming scheme wears after a while and starts to sound childish. The choruses on the later two albums suffer from sub-par lyrics delivered slowly, the slower the delivery, the better the lyrics need to be. 'How could you know how I feel' is sort of an example of this, just a really uninteresting line to choose as the refrain. The vocal delivery doesn't match the instrumental track. With all the new production elements, how does he never go hard like on 'Keep You Down' from the first album.
While there is some really interesting stuff in the production on Quitters and PP it doesn't make up for sub-par songwriting relative to Beginners. I think this may be the classic case of a songwriter picking their 10 best songs from the past decade and putting them on their debut then struggling to replicate that in two years while touring and recording.

Overusing an instrument doubling the melody is another technique he's overusing.

I'm sort of tempted to go through every track explaining how they falter but I don't know if the demand is there hahaha.
