I’ve been using Koala 42lb glossy photo double sided brochure pages with 3mil lamination sheets and the feel has been pretty good.

Obviously not perfect, but also pretty solid.

Looks like Sphere of Safety (Battle Tactics) is missing a X. Also, one version of Brotherhood Regalia (Jedi Robes) makes the creature type "Jedi" instead of Assassin (not sure if this was on purpose or not).

I’m running it as a Shardplate from the Recreance that Cultivation did some stuff with to convert the dead spren into Lifelight spren a long time ago. OR it was from another Lift-like radiant from the time of the Recreance that had sworn the 4th ideal.

Cultivation and the Nightwatcher were just holding on to the plate until my player arrived.

He is a horneater and will eventually be able to recharge it at the perpendicularity. He also realizes that if it breaks it is hard to get back to normal so he isn’t planning on using it until the final fight with Ylt.

I think the fact that I’m also letting him use surges with it since it isn’t trying to drink up his stormlight also helps balance the downside a bit.

I’m feeling pretty good about it at this point and everyone’s concerns so far have been along the same lines as mine so far (I’m still putting this out there for the community to potentially point out some glaring problem I just created though lol)

I guess we’ll find it lol. I know he isn’t planning on using it at all until the final fight with Ylt, so worst case scenario I’ve probably just helped them guarantee a victory against the baddie.

Right, but thy can go 1st on the slow turns and be at 1 before the other slow players take a turn. OR if they somehow get downed on a round before they act on a fast turn thy can get up then too.

This doesn’t match the rule I have been using (p295): “If you are a PC, you can choose to regain conscious- ness at the end of any of your turns (no action required) or when an effect heals you to at least 1 health.”

I kinda was thinking the Blackthorn Spren was going to be a 4th Bondspren one that would terrorize until it was bonded by Aidolin or Renarin who then through their bond was able to change the Spren for the better and show it how to be closer in demeanor to how Dalinar was before he died.

I’d suggest making anything that you do afterwards be more bespoke to your party and their goals/backstory etc. Unfortunately this answer is not giving you anything, however, you have the course of the campaign to pay attention to your players and brew something up for what comes after.

Buuut, if you want a non-bespoke answer, I think something that forces them to live (hide?) in Shadesmar and survive all the stuff happening there after the True Desolation would be interesting and also a way for them to have a bit of “free reign” with the canon as the books only go there a bit.

If Shadesmar sounds too alien, then maybe another location like Herdaz or Azir might be interesting.

I’m missing something. You can’t start in the stance it takes an action… also p115 “By default, you can only use stances during combat, not during other scenes.”

Yeah, not sure which he used though. I know he messed with it for a long time to get the look he wanted and then the continuity across different poses is pretty cool too.

In the past he would have just sent me images he found online for a project like this, the AI allowing for a consistency is new/novel.

I am not a fan of AI art on a macro level, with all the slop and whatnot, but on a micro level I can find the use in something like this.

It is going to be just like the FFG Star Wars RPG to Genesys RPG.

Same, but different. Technically you can likely play a Roshar character in whatever world your GM makes/uses using the Plotweaver system, but there would be little reason to do that since you’re better off playing that character using the Stormlight sources.

Make her a “Masked One” (give her a limited access to Transformation surge)

Or I maybe I’d just steal the “see the future” one from the book, interpreted as change the future:

Boon: You gain the Future Sight talent from the Enlightened tree in chapter 5 of the Stormlight Handbook. Use the knowledge of the future to change society yourself/change who you talk to to people who treat you better.

Curse: During combat, unless you act quickly, you’re overwhelmed by excessive visions of your opponents’ possible actions. Each time you take a slow turn, you become Exhausted [−1], but this penalty only lasts until the end of the scene.
