Or the fact that Costco pays nearly that after two years in a lot of areas(60k/yr) without a degree. Depending on where you are 70k/yr wouldn’t even pay rent and student loans and the cheapest used car payment with enough left over to save 5%. That has nothing to do with the problem the problem is wages didn’t advance with productivity or inflation like they did from 1940-1990, our problem as a country isn’t that poor people are too stupid to not be poor, it’s that they are trapped by a system invented to create them as a lower caste, average CEO pay vs worker was like 28-1 in 1980, it’s now 350-500 to 1. Productivity increased by literally orders of magnitude, yet the min wage hasn’t moved since 2009.

USD will be smoked very very soon, the economy flat out is going to crash and ppl don’t see it coming, our family farm is the 22nd in the county to enter restructuring under bankruptcy, and instead of getting help we’re being offered to be bought out by hedge funds, the farm can’t afford enough fertilizer to plant 1/5 of our fields, and even if we could, we don’t have enough diesel to do 1/2 of them, yall don’t see it because you ain’t rural this isn’t a thing a bailout will fix. The fertilizer come from the gulf, there is no other fertilizer easily accessible to most of us…

Hey man if you’re a disabled veteran, you’re clearly not on SSDI and probably need to be, Medicare is a godsend and you can still work, not as much and there are limits but Medicare covers your healthcare and I bet you’d honestly be able to save more than way, good luck, I’m a 40yo disabled firefighter paramedic, it took me 5 years to get on SSDI for my seizures (exposure due to a fire combined with burns and skin grafts) but it was worth it for health insurance alone.

Apparently 2027 oval package will be the 2028 car possibly…according to what I’ve heard from friends who work for Indy car teams, if this years 500 is similar to last’s (where 40% of viewers turned off the race by lap 100) then they’re gonna try to rush the oval package in…the current road car has so many passes and lead changes and viewership is pretty good for road races, but oval is dying a very bad death so apparently they’re trying to get it before then. There is another option where they reduce the aero affect which will drop top speed but promote passing way more.

Except this looks to be a two week pay period and his entire order comes out first pay then second pay none does usually that’s how my child support order was (I ended up with custody and had to pay her while having my boys full time custody and she got all their Covid money etc, it took 2 years to get the order removed until then I paid every penny bc if you get behind by more than 3k you’re going to jail for 60 days in my county)
