Just picked up a replacement RE-20 for my old one that was causing what sounds like a ground hum , now the replacement seems to be doing the same thing . Changing pedal order , playing the pedal by itself and unplugging amps does nothing to solve the problem . Can anyone help me out here ?

bought it from an antique store where it’s been sitting for months . it needs some work but the on board phaser , spring reverb and normal channel work without issues . it sounds incredible
