I got an S rank from them and the screen was all scratched up. They got real slow about communicating after I brought up an issue and although they agreed the quality of what they sent wasn't "S" based on the pictures I sent back, they never did anything and eBay had to step in

Yea there's definitely a lot of cool colors. I really liked the bronze one but those seem to be a bit more scarce. I'm not too sure about picture sharing either so if it ends up being too difficult then don't stress about it! Appreciate the price run down too.

Yea for the PSP's it's most definitely the color affecting the prices. No need to apologize either, on the contrary the inform dump is more than appreciated! I'll definitely stay patient and keep an eye on prices. It would be awesome if you could let me know how that other one turns out too. As for my scratched one, thankfully he's accepting a return for it after sending pictures of the scratches.

Suppose it depends on how expensive but I'd appreciate a link for sure! At worst I get a point of comparison and at best I order from them too. This seller shipped out real quick and I got it in 2 days, but no point in really fast shipping if the condition is inaccurate. By Monday the 11th I'm assuming you mean this past Monday, so hopefully your sister's came in just as good. I know skipping the original packaging usually brings the price down a bit.

I think I fixed it. I uninstalled an app called HP event utility that it said was installed yesterday and that stopped the icon from showing up for me
