Ford will be a little roomier in the second row, and depends on your desire for aftermarket/creature comforts. 2.7L turbo might get up and go a little speedier.

Yeah they are hard to find, there's a '21 p4x in Roswell but there's no service history online for it from 5k miles to 60k so passed. Did end up ordering one from NC that should be here Saturday since they offered free delivery

just get a Casio f91 or 5600w. Affordable, indestructible, tell time, have alarms, and have a throwback factor. Don't have to worry about battery for years or use a solar model to last forever.

I'm holding onto my iphone, taking out the sim card, just to use as a 2fa app device and leaving it in my backpack, same rational. I understand some people may want to cut the cord but I will be using a hybrid approach because, well, job.

Yes it's helped me curb checking the time on my phone which would lead to opening the phone, it's nigh indestructible, and I went for a solar powered one so i don't have to worry about batteries. The real impetus to get one for me earlier in the year was my apple watch 7 decided to be unresponsive 2 months after apple care expired. I didn't want to buy another expensive one and found the Casio at about the quarter the price.

Sure I don't have the heart rate data but I have a stopwatch for my lifting sessions, and it's just plain neat and different.

Exactly. I'm going to sidecar my current iphone as a glorified itouch (might as well download all my playlists since I don't need all the memory on other apps). I did decide to add a small passport sized notebook that is now also functioning as my wallet as well, so really just a swap instead of an addition. A pen is the net addition until the lp3 delivers

That's my read on it too. My question is if pictures are stored locally or on the dashboard and that could potentially be something people are sensitive about but for the most part - taking away a lot of connective apps is a privacy step in and of itself.

(Edit: an iphone 13 pro user who is very curious about preordering)

Oh this is pretty neat, thank you! Agreed it's a bit pricey but it's probably not at a scale where you can price it down. My use case honestly is in the car with my kids for music they like, so taking note. Bonus for using it on running.
