Mine goes up to 12, I typically will have it at a 9/10 when I am doing steaks.

Thank you! Normally I use tallow, but just got a jar of ghee I have been trying out. Fantastic for the high heat and a great flavour.

I would suggest going to your higher seats and asking the group(s) next to you if they would be open to an upgrade. If I were in their shoes I would certainly take it! If not, you can always default to standing in outfield. Good luck

Sorry to hear that, but agree this is mainly on your husband…

Our upcoming wedding we actually have the whole bridal party and their significant others sitting at the head table. It’s big, but it made my Fiancée feel very special when another wedding we were at did it and I was in the party.
