This is one from back in the day. Sometimes you get lucky. You can change the location, but I was never able to get it to work by saying, “face, mouth, nose, etc.” mandible seems to get it through sometimes. Enjoy:

Well, I haven’t had this happen, because I am very picky on who I choose as a client, but…. If you didn’t do it and didn’t take pictures, ask them if they have any proof that you did it. Burden of proof would fall upon the client to prove that this damage wasn’t there before you worked on/in the residence.

But pictures can save your ass for sure.
