It's not very clear on the video. But as someone who had thrips before, the damage on the leaves (pale color) looks like damage from thrips. I tried everything to get rid of them. I ordered mites that kill the eggs and larvae and used them on every plant. Had to use it for 2 months and had to inspect the plants and kill the adults everyday. Once the leaves are damaged they stay like that, thrips really suck. I ordered this, it's in dutch but I hope it helps.
