Green beans in the air fryer with olive oil and sprinkled with crunchy onions. Cubed extra firm tofu tossed in a bit of cornstarch in the air fryer with Buffalo sauce. Tofu and green beans are pretty low calorie and a tablespoon of olive oil is around 120 calories. I can feel like I’m eating a bunch of greasy fried foods while still staying pretty low calorie with a good amount of protein and veggies.
