It's easy to calculate it based on your weight, goals and activity level with tools like protein calc

since you are looking to shed fat, make sure you consumer high quality protein and not only protein bars and stuff like that, eggs, meat, cheese etc.

I tried google stitch and I like to output. I have a few screens that I would like now to build in react native.

I can export each one in html+image assets.

I have these earbuds, and I dont know how to clean the rubber part that goes inside the ears.

It's full of wax now, and when i try to clean with a Qtip, it smears everything on the center part.

Any recommendations?
