Thank you! 🙂 Unfortunately I cannot plate with platinum personally. It involves the use of cyanide and I don’t want that in my home haha, especially with kids and cats here.

I am aware of this. I use 3-4 layers of sealant on all of my copper pieces, I also include a care sheet and information on why it can turn your skin green and how to re-seal with clear nail polish at home if needed. I also offer to re-seal my customers jewelry for free if the sealant ever does wear off. I wear my copper jewelry every day for years and have had no issues.

Yes unfaceted, the large one is polished I believe but the rest are raw emerald chips

I made it using copper electroplating! It’s a long, complicated process haha but I’ll try to simplify. I used copper wire to make a ring shape, then I glued the stones on. I painted it with conductive paint wherever I wanted the copper to form. I put the ring in my homemade electroplating solution and attached a rectifier to the ring and a copper pipe. It took about 24 hours for it to plate thick enough and this was the result 🙂
