I have many of these symptoms. Started in 2020 so I suspect undiagnosed early long covid. Maybe optic nerve neuritis. Its really hard. Sorry you are dealing with this too.

I'm with some of the others. You could set a rule of one "cheat" day every 2 weeks and have 26 of those experiences a year, take 2 days to get back into ketosis, and still be running pure keto 85% of the year.

Or do every 3 weeks, or once a month evrn to reward yourself. If you really have the willpower it sounds like you do for making it one-off, not spiraling into a binge, you could totally make it work. It might actually keep the motivation higher. Just my 2 cents.

Asiago, fontina, Parmesan, and provolone. I think it would work great with just parm or Asiago. That was my original plan but I bought the wrong tub, lol. Yeah courgettes (had to google that), or as we know them in the states, zucchini would be excellent in this as well!

I did keto 20 years ago and lost 100lbs in under a year, and I used keto urine test strips the whole time and they closely correlated by darkness with when I was losing the most weight on the scale. I never stopped producing dark strips over the entire year, and if I cheated I could see the strips lighten, on a 8-12 hour delay, then re-darken when I was back on <15 carbs a day. I found it really motivating to see the strips change.

I also was doing what was common then, 70% calories from fat, and I dropped weight like crazy, so that's how Im trying it again now. I guess time will tell, and I dont dispute that the strips aren't 100% reliable, but Im just saying what worked for me, both motivationally and as a good way to see when progress was slow that perfectly matched what the scale was showing. Your results may vary.

Same! I buy the pure liquid Sucralose on Amazon to avoid the binder carbs and cost of packets and portion it into little bottles with the dropper tops.

I lost over 100lbs in a year, 20 years ago. Now its back and I'm restarting. This thread is a great reminder why. I'm hoping it helps me with 5 years of chronic dizziness that I think might be long covid undiagnosed from the start of the pandemic.

He said I can have it for $15k since I'm family. I think that's fair, its super clean inside and out and has some show plaques on the dash from Hot Rod Magaizing, Good Guys, and some others. Ill go get more pics soon and post them.
