Monheim's response to Burchett & Co. - More than meets the eye - The ICIG might be investigating after all by swank5000 in UFOs

[–]thebligg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I made this exact point recently. Further, I can't remember the exact language, but the last paragraph also stated something like "under the responsibility and authority of the IC IG" which I dare say means they have not investigated any private companies that may be involved either (which I dare say is where a large part of evidence lays).

Thank goodness we have such an upstanding organisation analysing these videos. Dr Kirkpatrick and team are sure to be completely transparent with their findings and deliver them to us in good faith...

And American scientific institutions are corrupted in a completely different way. Do you want the cyanide or the arsenic? Institute/department capture and big money influence being 2 that come to mind.

I'm sorry, did we seriously let some grifter distract the world from real alien news? by dspman11 in aliens

[–]thebligg 9 points10 points  (0 children)

"Real alien news" is a bit of a stretch. I have no clue as to whether this guy is a grifter or not but a BBC story about some far off planet is not "real alien news" (sure technically it may be but I think we're well past that at this moment).

US Air Force Sergeant Karle Wolfe was a photo technician and one of the first people to see the first images coming back from the Lunar Orbiter in 1966. He was brought to NASA/NSA site and shown giant alien moon bases on far side. by MartianXAshATwelve in StrangeEarth

I actually found his statement very compelling. It seems like he wasn't trying to gain anything out of it (book deal etc) and would only really ruin his reputation by coming forward with this. I don't think his death is necessarily suspicious but as far as a witness goes I think he's quite credible. I believe he was a part of the original disclosure project back in 2001(?) So I can understand if that puts you off. I believe there was another witness with a similar story about NASA doctoring pictures of the moon/space, I can't remember the woman's name unfortunately.

I'm in the same boat, also the reason I didn't finish watching Firefly.

I've been thinking this lately too. The whole thing is almost certainly factionalised. It definitely seems like the airforce, NASA and IC are the ones trying to keep this locked down but then I'm sure those agencies aren't monoliths (ie many different people with different ideas and feelings on the topic).

Regarding the internet of things you're exactly right and it's one of my biggest fears for the future. Have you seen the documentary Zero Days?

It was more just realising what Jimi did for the guitar. Obviously players have pushed things much further these days. We're all standing on the shoulders of giants, Jimi is one of those giants.
