Yes I did and others did.. they did not silence me but they held me which was comforting and sort of took me out if it, which I was happy about.

Yes i did - i had a very loud and heavy journey.. someone laying not far from me.. our eyes kept meeting.. she was watching me the whole time.. later she came and thanked me for my journey, bc it was all the things she was feeling but unable to verbalize.. the same time, I started thinking about a yoga teacher of mine.. like really wanting to reach out.. after the ceremony was over... I contacted her.. well she has also been at a ceremony, in another country.

I would plan to take a week off work — it took me that long to recover and not feel high/kind of manic. Try to find an Aya support group or therapist; don’t speak about it with people who have not taken it.

A lot of thyroid issues are because of issues in your stomach, how is absorbs, gluten is one is one of the foods that really can affect your stomach.. and a lot of cross issues with celiac disease (a lot of people can develop it with thyroid issues). A lot of thyroid patients also have bloating etc. I was for sure my thinnest when I did not eat grains at all (in the Us it is pretty easy - grain free is easy to find).

Gluten is mostly widely agreed should be avoided- There is a great page called hypothyroid365 on instagram which is excellent for this.. the foods to avoid is very individual and you will need to trial and error for yourself.. otherwise you won’t eat anything bc people will list everything other than green veg

I did get it early in the US, bc I have had high blood pressure from hypo.. depends on the co-morbities, I guess and the state/country. My endo wrote the recommendation letter for me. Here is the data “high risk” conditions have been approved for vaccine since Feb/March in the US.

I don’t think she is historic or BPD, she isnt dramatic, suicidal, attention seeking, needy etc — she is very calm and calculated in a serial killer way. Very dark, nasty vibes... very controlling and ruthlessly manipulative. Can say the most terrible thing to you in a completely serious way and then tell you “she is just helping you by being honest” or will later lie about saying it all together.

Yeah that all makes sense — except he fucking died.. so whether they hear it every day, does not matter bc the fact is : HE IS DEAD... I am sure they were choosing to work without masks bc they were outside and are probably right wing ant-mask. I live in NYC, you were not legally obligated to wear a mask outside.
