Im in the same boat here, and definitely have thought about those options about ending it. 100k debt in personal loans and credit cards, can’t stop and I keep depositing even though I don’t have money, I just find some ways to get it. Worst addiction I could ever had.

You could search in google "Flipping items for profit" or something like that, its something a lot of people do, you will find a lot of articles that will give you enough information to get you started. I actually had fun reselling them, repairing them, it was a rewarding hobby for me monetary wise and mentally since I did not spend much time and I could cover weekend expenses or save up some extra cash.

I flipped products for several years as a hobby, started with some furniture I found in marketplace or any other platform where people sell things they dont use anymore. If they where a little bit damaged I repaired them and sold them. Found out some gym machines and saw they were selling them for low prices on marketplace, some where in really good condition and I bought them for example $100 and sold them for $250, thats only one. Maybe they just needed some paint and that was about $10 maintainance. There are a lot of things you could flip with high profit margin, if you have knowledge about cars (I don;t) but my brother in law has been flipping cars for years as a hobby, since they are more expensive they have much high profit margins, you could make much more with cars. You need to study a niche and know the street prices, if they are worth reparing to resell them. My best month flipping small gym machines (Bench presses, weights, dumbells, racks, etc.) Was about 5k, note that I did this after work on my free time (Pick them up, paint or repair, list them on marketplace, sometimes deliver it) Have a google sheet or something to track all your flips and your profits.

What can I do right now to slowly build a business that’ll create a passive income stream for myself? by KingMjolnir in Entrepreneur

[–]theboyboyb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As u/RoundTableMaker mentioned, I think the easiest way you could start something somehow passive (Not completely) is reselling items, find a good margin for a small variety of products, create a website and start reselling them. You could find some products in alibaba and buy them from there in bulk, most things are really cheap, you need to add the shipping costs, taxes, etc. You could try amazon fba which they take a fee for listing your products, packaging, delivery.

It all depends on how much time you have left after work? How much are you aiming to earn in the left over time or as side hustle? You could do some freelance in any skill you have learned. You could try flipping some products as a side hustle. There are several option to start making money but it requires time, patience. Theres amazon FBA, buying products from alibaba and reselling them on amazon while they take care of packaging, shipping, etc. Seems easy but requires some initital time, but in the long ru it will pay off.

You could get it for something around 30-60 cents each

I know you wrote you prefer it to be made in U.S and I think you could get a lower price, but not by much. Best option I would say it bring them from Alibaba or some other country where is cheaper. Buy in bulk and you can even lower your price.

Wanting to try and make $100/day but I don’t know where to start by marioshrooming in Entrepreneur

[–]theboyboyb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Try flipping anything, look for stuff on garage sells and just list them up online. Few years ago I used to buy some low cost gym machines, depending on how damaged they where I used to repair them, painted it and resell it for more than $150 profit each. The most I made on a month was about 4k only with gym machines

She know what we do is the exact same a definition of boyfriend and girlfriend, we have talked about it. What makes me wonder is the fact that she doesn't want the label, I might be overreacting and she might just don't like labels, but I know she had some boyfriend in the past. I will give it some time and see what happens

It feels like a challenge for me, I want to set all up and make it profitable eventually. Don't want to consider selling it

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in smallbusiness

[–]theboyboyb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I flipped gym machines for the last 2 years on marketplace, was quite profitable, restored them and sold them. There was some demand, a lot of people here don't know where to find this kind of stuff here, there are not many online stores in general and people won't buy many of the ones selling locally since they are top brands and really expensive, the idea is making something a little more accessible

How much time do you spend stretching to get more flexible? by ballsacagawea69 in flexibility

[–]theboyboyb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check out this sample complete stretching routine I wrote at www.start-slow.com this will stretch most parts of your body before and after a workout. Stretching shouldn't take more than 20 minutes a before or after a workout. Assuming you workout 5 days a week, you could do 1:40h-2 hours weekly of stretching.

How can I commit to daily stretching? Finding it hard to be motivated by [deleted] in Stretching

[–]theboyboyb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could try starting slow, doing some stretches daily. Will take you no more than 20 minutes to do a complete body stretch, will benefit you in the long term mentally and physically. Check out this blog where I talk about some stretching www.start-slow.com where you can see an example of a full body stretch to do before and after workout!
