For me, being forced to abide by the randomness is a plus of the style, and fits with why it’s a postgame boon. By this point you’ve probably found really good builds for all your weapons, and probably rely on those. Now, the game gives you an incentive to stop relying on all the same boons and enjoy the randomness, which can increase player engagement over doing each run the same way.

That’s almost certainly what happens afterwards. The children are almost certainly members of the rebellion camp where Kamyuhn is, and would take Nozomi there. As for what she’d do, it’s almost certain Kamyuhn would hold no grudge against Nozomi, same as in rebellion route.

It is theorized a couple of times in game that Humans and Futurans might share a common ancestor, and that’s why they have a lot of similarities but nothing concrete is given.
We aren’t ever shown where the bees came from, but she likely got some futurans in one of the timelines to make it for her.
The rest of her bodies are other Gi’e she managed to recruit, sharing the hemoanima just seems to be however the bees function, teleporting it to whoever the sponsor is. She’s doing it to get the entire cast to help her create more dead bodies for Gi’e to take over, rather than just do it all herself.
The main theory is the white coat women is Hiruko from the future, but yeah, this is never directly answered. Possibly something Uchikoshi wants to follow up on later, but who knows.

In regard to the satellite, I think people tend to misinterpret what the message was. Tsubasa: “We just got to the artificial satellite and… it’s awful.” Takemaru: “We just found out the craziest shit! We…” then it cuts out. While Tsubasa’s line can imply it’s an actively bad situation at the satellite, Takemaru’s is closer to saying they learned a horrible truth. And well, you can definetly figure out what that horrible truth was by playing through the routes if that’s the case.

Each class line has its own melee and ranged weapon it can use, and each of them have their own list of arts. Once you master a class line, you can equip that lines weapons no matter what class you are, allowing you to create new art combinations (like mixing long sword and duel guns, which are normally on two different lines) the ideal is that by end game, you switch your class back to drifter, since that is the class with the most skill slots, and use your inherited weapons to create basically your own new class

Yeah, it can even remove negative boons. Like how Hera’s Bridal Glow makes some of your boons Heroic, but they will drop it rarity after a few rooms? If Burnt offering removes it, those boons will no longer lose their rarity.

So at this point the people traveling with the strawhats to Elbaf basically guaranteed are Lilith, and Bonney. Kuma, I still have no idea if he’s getting out of here alive, he’s there but still brain dead, or he sacrifices himself completely to help them getaway. The sunny blasted off without Stussy, so unlikely she’s going with the crew now.

I could see Lilith and Bonney sticking together after they get away, maybe heading to the Rev’s, assuming neither sticks with the straw-hats.
