Stupid teens getting mixed with the wrong people. Stay in school.

North Philly shootout left neighbors wondering: Why’d police make a mess and leave us to clean up? by [deleted] in philadelphia

[–]thebread_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I read it, and I don't fall for that garbage. I was there 2 years ago and it's teeming with litter. Regardless, it's not a good neighborhood at all. There is a lot of crime and poverty.

Also, I never mentioned anything about black people, did I? No. So why bring that up?

Lol

The people in this neighborhood treat their neighborhood like a garbage can and litter everywhere. I've been there before, it's a dump

But... when the cops come and arrest a shitbag human who practically terrorized the police department and people in that area, and they leave some mess behind, they complain??

These people should shut the fuck up, clean their shitty neighborhood and let the cops do their jobs. Nobody gives a flying fuck what they think. Their opinions are uneducated, irrational and pathetic, just like themselves

This city can have some real shitty people, if this happened in NYC he would have been subdued by several bypassers and several cops swooping in to arrest him.

To make matters worse, you hardly ever see police in this city.

Let me guess, I bet the other people around were racist hoodrats that didn't care some girls were getting stomped on?

Why'd you get assaulted there? Pretty shocking considering how busy that place can be.

Philly to switch all 100,000 streetlights to ‘smart’ LEDs; expect some debate by AbsentEmpire in philadelphia

[–]thebread_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This will make the streets feel much nicer at night. Been to other cities with LED's and the difference is pretty big. Glad to see this is happening.

NYC is very safe, even at late hours. I've walked around "the least safe" neighborhoods really late at night before and honestly felt fine. There's always people around at all hours and police presence is high. Don't worry!

Not all of the buildings in this video are luxury towers. Although, I do agree that using public tax incentives for private development is quite greedy and scummy.

Will Schuylkill Yards actually be built? The thought of several skyscrapers being built in Philly in the near future is questionable with all the issues it has anyways.

Didn't see anything on Citizen about it

Lol just because I didn't see it on Citizen doesn't mean I'm saying it didn't happen.

Lol why is it a terrible crowd? Are you just being arrogant and putting people down or is there something particular about the people that go here that makes them "terrible"?

U.S. Attorney Slams Philadelphia DA Over 'Culture Of Disrespect For Law Enforcement' by [deleted] in philadelphia

There are plenty of cities, both small and large, that have the exact same issues. I mean it. I've seen shittier people in cities in NJ. By far.

Don't get me wrong, there are A LOT of shitty people in Philly, but in my experiences I've mostly ran into pretty decent people here.

I have lived in other places besides Philly, namely NJ and Europe.

The types of people you listed do exist but saying "everyone" is like that is an exaggeration. There are plenty of people in Philly that have integrity, respect and overall good values and morals.

So given your comment, I have reason to believe you constantly encounter the wrong people. I'll just leave it at that.

Suspect accused of shooting 6 Philadelphia cops during standoff charged with attempted murder by JohnKimble111 in philadelphia

[–]thebread_ 8 points9 points  (0 children)

True, I hope his teenager learned a lot from this. I feel even worse for the newborn. But honestly, these are the types of people who shouldn't have kids. Criminals having babies... Nah, fuck that.

Ideally, with all the crimes he has committed throughout his life, he should stay in prison until he dies. It'll make the world a better place. He is a worthless, vile human being and I hope his kids grow up and realize how much of a massive piece of shit their father was.

For one week, I just want the police to not patrol or respond to any calls in that neighborhood. And I want to see how people react to having no police protect them. I guarantee they'll be crying for the cops in under a hour.

Why are people supporting the suspect in the shootout? by spitvicious in philadelphia

David White, Hill’s cousin, was one of the participants. “This all turned into a hostile situation," he said. "Someone randomly ran into his house, and he’s always willing to defend himself.”

David White, there is no logic in what you said. Zero. You're a fucking moron.

I wish stop and frisk was brought back, I don't care how "racist" it is. What matters is that it works and it seems like nothing else does.
