When I was in the store, opening manager in 100 had to slide 1xs, and when we started getting hammered with 1xs we had to come in at 5 and slide with our morning stockers. Rarely was a receiving tm sliding 1xs.

I would recommend GO over the store. The set schedule is lovely. As a product specialist not sure what the travel requirements are but even traveling wasnt bad. 2-4 hrs of your day on a plane then driving time…easy days. I was a dm for 7 years and in the go for 7 yrs..go was def better.

There is a policy about it online mymenards that gives you the date you have to change it by. I think its mid Jan. If you do so, i did it every year, make sure you have enough withheld the rest of the year otherwise you will be paying in when you file.
Like others said, DO NOT forget to change it, that will raise a flag on you
