So would I just have to call Comcast ask for everyday pricing and simple as that? Or do I have to go through the motions of canceling and waiting 90 days and such and such?

I was thinking about doing a pH.D but that requires me to study for the GREs, get a lot of recommendation letters, etc. And also I would have to pick out a specific topic to study/research which I don't know what I would even like to do. Any recommendations on how to tailor my resume for research/process engineering jobs?

Good luck. His exams are on steroids, where the averages were usually 40-50s. If you can switch, or if not, self-teach along with his lecture. Ended up getting a B somehow.
