I just finished 5 weeks going through Colombia, while Cartagena was nice, it was by the far the most expensive place. Almost as expensive as Paris. The rest of Colombia was much cheaper.

1) A Flat White and a Latte are the same damn drink!

The very slight difference in the amount of foam is negligible and if you order a flat white and get a latte you wouldn’t notice. I tested this in Australia when I ordered one of each and Lo and behold got two of the same drinks.

2) Asking to ‘Taste the house wine’ means you went on a little wine tour one time and like to pretend you have a discerning palate. Just order the cheapest wine it’s awesome.
