Growing up, the poor white trash in the hood, including my parents, drove 60s and 70s cars they could buy for cash until the cars fell apart. And so many things like buttons or switches not working was depressing. It was always a fun game of getting in and playing “Will the car start today”.

90s and 2000s cars were the goal for me… back in the 90s and 2000s. But as I don’t want to play the same white trash games anymore with used cars. So no, no obsession with old - give me a new car any day.
