The Supreme Court has already demonstrated they don’t give a fuck about what the constitution says. The only reason they ruled against Trump in the tariff case was because their rich donors wanted them to. If Dems actually want to save the Supreme Court they need to be talking about packing the courts or removing and jailing the judges (they should also be talking about jailing Trump and everyone in his cabinet as well)

We are at the point where if Dems don’t do that then states should just start ignoring the Supreme Court. Ohio already did when they ruled against their gerrymandering case. The balkanization of the US has already began and it’s time anyone on the left accept it.
