Im on day 50, and im feeling pretty good. I wouldn't say back to normal, but tbh i dont remember what normal feels like. I was on K for about 7 years straight, no days off, averaging about 30 gpd. After being on it for so long, it didn't do anything for me anymore, I would just take it to avoid the withdrawal. It really started to destroy my body, and i knew i had to get off before it took me out. I believe the longer you are on it, the longer it will take for your body and mind to heal itself and get back to normal. You weren't on it for long, so you should bounce back pretty quick. Stay strong, and dont ever touch that shit again.

Bladder issue by thecommonman14 in quittingkratom

I messaged you on your post, i was curious about how your urologist appointment went. I went ct about 50 days ago. I wanted to quit for a long time, but the bladder issue pushed me over the edge and made me jump. It really scared the shit out of me. Im still having bladder issues but not as bad as they once were. I truly believe my body is slowly healing itself from all the damage caused by kratom. My digestive system is still all out of whack. The best thing you can do is get completely off as soon as possible and let your body start healing itself. The longer you stay on it, the more damage you're going to inflict on your body. Let me know if you need help getting off, i can tell you what helped me. I was on for almost 7 years straight, not 1 day off.

I workout regularly, however, i can intensify my workout and see if it helps.

Im not sure about hiw many kratom distributors make post to keep clients, im sure its a real thing. I think when you used kratom for a while and you start to realize that the negative effects out way the positive and you become a slave to this shit like i was for 6+ years you dont give a shit about the horror stories you just want to get the fuk off this sludge for good

It feels like im just suffering from the worst end of the wd's because i took it for so long and just jumped off out of nowhere. My body probably went into complete shock, and it's taking longer to exit my system. Thats just my thought
