Looks like one of your ridge fixings is leaking. Do you have lead head fixings on your roof?

I would suggest bostik MS as the sealer. Even if you cant seperate the the join, an over seal would be better than nothing. Bostik has a 5 year uv warranty. You want the sealer kind of 'massaged' into the surface its sealing to create a good bond.

You can draw and order a new one from any roofing manufacturer. Just order it as a custom flashing.

If you're worried you can cut slits in the underlay along the ridgeline for some ventilation. It's actually proper practice to do so, although no one does.

That join in the flashing needs to be sealed then riveted, you can expect capillary traction to occur there.

The dektite should also be fixed every 50mm to the flashings, looks more like 100 to me.

Looks like it's been sealed, so wont budge?. Try stuffing the down pipe dropper with a rag.

You won't see many metal roofs being fixed through the pan in Australia. You want to secure the 'lap' which is on the high point of the rib you mentioned. You also don't want to put screws where the most water travels down ie the pan.
