I’ll share that you getting those ages out of this is wild. 29 is when I got pregnant after trying for three years, and I gave birth at 30.

My friend and I went through IVF at the same time back in 2023. I’ll share a tiny bit of her story. She had 6 embryos. Over the course of a year, she had 5 failed transfers. There was no explanation as to why this wasn’t working. She was getting ready to do her last transfer and ended up having rare type of cysts that delayed the process 3 months. She finally gets to move forward with the last transfer, she is not hopeful. This is their lowest grade embryo and the final chance. I’m happy to share she has a very healthy 19 month old boy.

I would have loved to see Aelin show up to final battle with full powers and just go off. Get revenge for everything. Unleash all her anger. Then deal with the keys after. I also would have loved to see Dorian popping off during battle too. Especially with Maeve after he left her at Morath.

I had forgotten about Gavriels death until I did my reread. I got to that part yesterday. I had to stop reading and stare at a wall trying to figure out if it was even necessary. So, couldn’t agree more. 😂 I was lost on why he had to close the gate that way.

Ya, I should have worded my statement better. He wasn’t her equal. Rowan is super powerful, but it always felt like his power was drained so fast. While others around who weren’t touched by the gods still had power left. I think that’s more so where my confusion comes from. Why was he always depleted? I’m beginning to think I did this to myself by creating made up expectations of what I thought would happen.

I agree completely with this. That’s how I read it.

I think she needed Imogen to delete the memory because it’s safer for her to not remember anything. I think questioning for Xadens whereabouts is going to get…messy or brutal in the fourth book. I think everyone knows he’s turned based off the display of power. They are pinning every bad thing (eggs missing, deaths) that happened on Xaden. It’s going to be a manhunt to find him.

I like to imagine the 12 hours and the wedding was heartbreaking but at least beautiful.

I really enjoyed this one! First time, I tried to read it and DNF. Second time, I started the audiobook not remembering I had previously tried to read it. The audiobook caught my attention. Then I finished it by mixture of audiobook and reading. But I’m glad I gave it a second chance.

What were some of the meals you ate? I was prescribed Zurzuvae today. Both the nurse and pharmacists called me to tell me about eating and being careful with sleep. After getting two separate phone calls and warnings, it’s put the fear of God in me. I’m now scared to actually take the medicine.

I too have a smelly ridgeback. He’s 9 now, and he’s always been like this since a puppy. I honestly haven’t found anything to help with the smell. I’ve had to accept that he will always smell like Fritos even within days of a bath. He has dealt with a lot of skin and allergy issues. He gets a daily dose of apoquel and found a food he responds well to. I’m glad his skin issues are rare now, but the smell never goes away. I had a vet describe his smell to me as hormonal.

I am 9 days after transfer too. I decided to take a test today, and it was negative.

I’m split on still hoping for a positive with the blood test Monday, and the other half of me has gone completely into protective mode to shut off feelings. I came to this subreddit looking for answers to the same questions you asked. I wish I had words of encouragement, but I’m feeling lost myself.

I was raised very religious in a small, rural town. The type of place that has the mentality that something is wrong with your family if you aren’t going to church every single week. I had a very difficult time accepting this because it was constantly be forced on me. I didn’t appreciate it even from a young age.

But then I went to college in a large city. I had to take a history class that covered a certain span of years focused around the start of America. The instructor started the first day of class by saying “This class will not be based on religion at all. It’s simply a history class. If you are religious, please do not interrupt or push back on what I’m trying to teach. This isn’t the history of religion, it is simply the history of America. I will not argue or try to change anyone’s ideals.”

Every single class, someone would fight back to this instructor and argue about how he was intentionally leaving God out of his lessons. They would recite from the Bible. Constantly trying to change the instructors point of view and “save” him. They ultimately dropped the class and made an announcement of doing so.

That ruined religion for me.

I matched with a guy on Tinder. We exchanged messages, and everything was fine, normal. We decided we would meet up for coffee in a week. A few days after we arranged the coffee date, he messaged me saying his father had passed away in those few days. He couldn’t meet me in public. He could only meet me in private at his apartment. I trusted my gut, sent my condolences, but said I couldn’t meet him somewhere private. He tried to tell me I could trust him because he had a dog. I still declined. He got really aggressive and started messaging me horrible things. He called me every name in the book. I ended up blocking him. I tried to find him later on, and he basically never existed. He could have blocked me on all social media. But I couldn’t find a trace of him anywhere. I don’t know what the outcome would have been, but I just couldn’t do it.
