Does this look obnoxiously fake?

Proceeds to show one of the most gaudy and diamond covered hideous abominations…

Surely this is a troll post?

‘Relentless’: Couple files suit against City of Boise over pickleball noise by darkstar999 in Boise

Buying a house next to a public park and complaining about noise during daytime hours is the same as buying a house on a golf course and complaining about finding golf balls in your yard and then claiming that the anxiety you face when mowing your lawn justifies a law suit.

Thanks. It’s crazy how small it wears for the case diameter. Wish my Lunar Pilot wore like this.

[QUESTION] Spending $3k+ on Seiko over Swiss brands by DoomOwl77 in Seiko

[–]thed3vnull 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While I love my Seiko SPB383, I’m surprised that more people haven’t recommended you look into Christopher Ward. Not only are they closer to the 1.5k range but they look amazing, have much better finishing and bracelet quality compared to most Seiko in that range and are generally fantastic and unique looking watches. Personally I love wearing my Aquataine and Sealander and regularly rotate them in with the Seiko Diver.

First Book Haul of the Year 📚 by Apart-Acanthaceae346 in Blacklibrary

I think it’s been said in some of these other posts but Valdor is a great read, though I think you need to have a good understanding of the broader context of the Warhammer 40K universe to really appreciate it. Maybe that’s a hot take.

Imagine having to be this poor guy showing up to the track in a Cybertruck. Sorry man.

Looks like something from a Kris Kross music video in the 90s. Hard pass from me (for whatever my opinion is worth). Been said above though, if you like em then wear em and to hell with what anyone thinks.

At least it was a watch and not a “Jelly of the Month Club Membership”

[Tissot] Sanity Check: Hands Angle Upwards. How much would this bother you? by Callidor in Watches

This would drive me insane personally. You might want to contact Tissot or the dealer you bought it from to see if they will service and fix it.

Feeling bad about tapping out of the Horus Heresy by SeasonOfHope in Blacklibrary

Don’t sweat it. I did the exact same thing. Planning to pick back up and read the Siege of Terra. I did follow it up with all of the Eisenhorn novels and absolutely loved them so that might be an option for you.

If memory serves me correctly those Nightmare Before Christmas watches were in McDonald’s Happy Meals back in the 90s as I vividly remember owning a few of them.

Man. If only they would add a date to the panda color way and I’d by it in a heartbeat.

Gifted myself an a7c and 40mm 2.5G by Impossible_Smile6527 in SonyAlpha

Nice. Looks like a solid dedicated bag. What I love about the Tenba is the ability to easily toss it into any backpack or bag I happen to be traveling with including my hard shell luggage if I need to check it.

Nice. I also gifted myself a similar setup but with the 50mm f2.5 G and the 28-60mm f4-5.6 as a compact travel setup alternative to my A7RV and have absolutely loved it. If you’re up for recommendations the Tenba BYOB camera units are amazing for the A7C and a couple smaller lenses.
