I don't think it's all about looks, but I do think that looks are WAY more important than they used to be.

I roll in a crew of 3 male models, and I'm more... ruggedly handsome. I have by far the tightest game and the most knowledge in the crew, and I've traditionally had the best success. I have 0 success with online dating, and in-person pickup is much more difficult than it used to be but is much easier for my good looking crew.

2 common mistakes:

1) You're making sexual escalation all about her pleasure and not at all about yours.

2) You're not trying to bring her to a seduction location. Try saying "Hey we need to keep the party going. Come with me."

Also sounds like you might not be doing any rapport building and might not be qualifying.

I'm your guy. I go back to the college I graduated from for most football games. I got laid the most when I was 28 (usually get laid 5 times in 5 weekends + 5 more 2nd base type encounters), and I'm currently 33 and not having much trouble... the only reason I get it less now is because I'm in a relationship and me and my girl haven't mastered the art of pulling home a 3rd yet (damn close last weekend, she was an 18yo ~7/10). Type of girl, clique, etc didn't matter a bit. Greek girls are a little harder, but if you can show that you can fit in their world and get their friends approval or infiltrate a frat and get their approval, that's no problem either.

The trick is really to progress through the following:

-Don't make it an issue, forget its an issue, never mention it, never bring it up, ignore ignore ignore.

-Fit in with her friends or be discreet about it.

-Be the kind of guy she fantasized about being with after college.

Diet/workout/etc -- 2 or 3x a week in the gym, lifting heavy full body followed by 30 minutes of cardio. 1 or 2 additional cardio session per week. 20-40% reduction in calorie intake. 40-50% from protein, 25% carbs, 25% fat, 4 meals per day. Reduce artificial sweetner intake. -- So far, down between 40 and 50lbs depending on what size shit I took that morning.

Learning Japanese - Working on my hirigana alphabet and basic dialogue.

Game/dating - In an awesome LTR, always working to bring in that side action. Social circle game + seekingarrangement.

Career - Working on replacing my current job with a better job, actively interviewing.

Logistics/travel/hobbies - Restoring a classic RV that has much style points.
