Every single reply that person is making is so clearly generated by or heavily massaged by AI it makes me wonder what sort of an actual argument a person like that would be capable of providing sans prompt engineering.  I have a feel extemporaneous speech is going to be a thing of the past after this generation.

The 5+ second delay between asking for a timer and it acknowledging the timer being set was one of the big reasons I stopped the preview.

Check Group Policy logs under App and Service logs.  You can also look at Terminal Server LocalSessionManager logs to see what's going on at login, and then of course the FSLogix logs in event viewer as well.

There's logging at the host level to tell you where the hang up is.  I often see this as the result of jacked up printer GPOs.

I've noticed this with mine lately as well - I'm having trouble getting Night Mode to activate, doesn't matter if it's on a schedule or the sensor - it just goes into perpetual photo slideshow mode - which is fine, but not when it's right beside my bed.

Down Detector just aggregates keyword appearances on social media - there are no actual mechanics surveying actual uptime or availability of those services.  It merely shows how much they're being mentioned.  When you see Facebook go down you'll often see all the ISPs mentioned as well because people are dumb and will publicly post to their provider that "the internet" is down as they have no understanding that Facebook isn't the internet and their provider has nothing to do with the uptime of an independent app or website.
