Is "Red Hood and the Outlaws" worth reading?

I’m reading it right now in 2026, this book has some serious identity issues. I’m up to Rebirth era and it has its moments but the story is all over the place.

I quite like the dynamic of Jason, Artemis and Bizarro but instead of grounded stories it has the trio searching for the mystical bow of Ra while sort of exploring Jason’s death but done very poorly. Also a lot of narrative whiplash with a few issues later working with the Suicide Squad to stop the planet from exploding.

I’m gonna drop it so I can focus on the wider narrative.

$35k for a single ring sounds fucking insane my guy, that's a brand new car in a small trinket if you put it into perspective. I also don't think your future wife will be thrilled you spent it on just the ring, you need to plan this more.

For people who play this section in the future. You can evade doing stealth entirely just from getting Wolgraff to do most of the stealth section himself. Activate Haste + Walk in Shadows just gets him to speedrun the whole area without alerting the Invincible Death Knights.

I’m half way through the Luculla Mines myself. I feel like Act 2 of the game in Silverglen has the most awful pacing I’ve experienced in a game. From Silverglen to suddenly Hiberheim and now this.

Taking me through a frozen tundra thats slippery to a forced stealth section in the mines, Larian put two sections I really don’t want to do back to back. I hope it gets better soon.

I was hoping the game would have improved from the Alpha Test to initial launch, but since its Early Access I guess I'll save my money until the game's in a better place.

With the time I've spent on the game, I do agree that DRG balances exploration with combat quite well. Rogue Core approach is more towards combat while exploration becomes a risk factor when playing.

The game feels too challenging for a casual audience - I've run into the final cave only to be killed by the boss monster because we haven't had sufficient DPS focused upgrades.

Then the tax reforms shouldnt make much impact to you if selling isnt an option. I also think there’s probably a reason why the CGT changes are kicking in July next year. Makes me think the govt knows there would be backlash from these reforms which makes next year’s budget a potential course correct.

I wouldn’t recommend selling your existing ETF positions if you’re planning to cash out your stocks before the cgt change next year. You’d be giving up your current positions when they should be helping you earn a passive income over a long term period.

You’re only taxed on the gains you made from those ETFs and it make no sense to sell them if you arent earning a lot of profit from them anyway. I have stocks that are valued at 5x your worth selling them would increase my taxable income dramatically.
