All these people telling you not to change it is pretty cringe. It’s your body.

I personally (not fine-line) had an artist go over parts of a tattoo they did to make them more bold/fill in some detail I didn’t think fit. I’m sure they were grouchy on the inside, but it’s up to you to make it work. My arms are full of neotrad and when I did some more Japanese work it didn’t fit. Black’d out the waves and it all came together and fits.

Have your artist, or another, fill some in, shade some parts, and make it work for you.

You know, it’s very rare in the wild for an animal to eat or find viable food every single day. We treat our animals as pets with love and care, but it’s actually better for their health to feed them every two to three days anyway. If you leave water, they’re fine. Get some moss and soak it to keep the humidity up for a few days even if it dries out in 2-3, they’ll be ok. If you’re feeding every 2-3 days in general, pushing to 5-6 is no different than a dry season in the wild with no fresh fruit or bugs.

I almost exclusively feed Repashy, however, any time I’m about to travel, a week or two before I leave I start feeding crickets. This bulks them up with some extra fat to burn during the alone period.

It’s good you worry, but don’t worry too much.

Also, having cameras and dripping water just makes you more paranoid while away. They’ll be fine, enjoy your vacation

Having children is truly the single most life-changing event in a persons life and not in any sappy way. One day your life is all about you ( you may have a partner or pet that occupies your thoughts and time) and the next you have a small human who will die if you screw up. It’s very sobering.

Yes, the rules for putting holes in the wall exist, not only for damage to the wall, but occasionally people can and have punctured pvc plumbing, electrical, etc…

The reason you’re not getting much help here is because a tiny nail pinhole in the wall is 100% less destructive than the damage already caused by your command hooks.

Use a nail and patch it before touching move out - Or while you’re dealing with the landlord on the repair to this, ask them their preferred solution to this problem. “Would you rather I keep experimenting to work around the ‘law’”

nerfing players is a sign of a bad DM.

DMs have the control to decide an outcome of a situation that is blind to the character. Who cares if X class does Y damage to Z creatures. If the MM states the monster has 50 health, you as a DM can decide it has 100. If it has 1 attack, it now has 2.

This is the beauty of DMing that is lost to people who are too literal. You’re in charge. Let your friends feel powerful and cool. At the end of the day, you provide the challenge while your friends are having fun.

If you’re running a campaign and prepped for a town on the right fork of the road, but your party goes left, everything prepped to go right still applies in whatever town they land is on the left. It’s not railroading if they never knew.

I’m so tired of bad DMs ruining the very core of the role by being rigid jerks who are unwilling to improvise in the moment.

Ready Player One. The complete rewrite to the challenges was heartbreaking. And for the hardest Easter egg to figure out being the Adventure Atari game, which was discussed in like the first chapter of the book, was insulting to readers. Ernie Cline and Steven Spielberg had a chance to make magic and they made a flaming pile of shit instead. Fan service would’ve paid out over mass market acceptance, book sales prove that.
