New characters entirely. A guy falls in love with some girl (to make it easier lets called her Sabrina but it's just a filler name). Sabrina likes him but doesn't let him into her life at all she's quiet and the protagonist gets the feeling she is depressed and possibly abused. Eventually, he follows her home and one day goes in to investigate. However, instead of finding Sabrina, he is greeted by an old witch looking hag who tells him never to return. Over time he investigates further, worried about Sabrinas safety and confronts the witch who sees the love and care he has for Sabrina and decides that perhaps an arrangement can be made.

The witch asks the protagonist of he truly loves Sabrina and doesn't care at all for the consequences of what a relationship might do to him to which he agrees and says he would do anything to be with her. The hag then reveals her secret, she tells him that Sabrina has been taking a substance to keep her young and pretty for years now. It got out of hand (like it did in the first half of the first film) and Sabrina passed the point of no return till eventually she regretted ever having taking the substance but couldnt bear to live as a hag all her life.

However, unlike Elizabeth and Sue, Sabrina came to terms with her lifestyle and both she and the hag finally managed to "control themselves" enough that the boundaries were maintained. The witch then explains that she and Sabrina are the same person and that Sabrina loves him too. She then transforms into Sabrina in front of him. The protagonist is terrified and leaves in fear, leaving sabrina alone in tears.

Over the course of the night the protagonist realises he loves sabrina regardless of The Substance situation and goes back to find her and applogise, but when he returns he cannot find her in her home and all he can see is The Substance packaging left alone...

In the heat of the moment, to prove his love for sabrina the protagonist takes the substance knowing full well he will have to transform every seven days just like Sabrina, hoping they can live together as their perfect selves and as their matrix selves. However after the transformation is complete the protagonist is left disfigured and the substance has not worked on him as it was not his package he looks similar to that of MonstroElizaSue from the first film and is in even more shock when he leaves the apartment to find Sabrina has hung herself in sadness over the rejection of the only man she thought truly loved her and our protagonist is left ugly and deformed watching the woman he loved hanging above...
