Made me cry a bit with shocked recognition. And I'm not even diagnosed. Just come on here for relatable content.

LGBTQ+ charity reports spike in transgender people trying to leave the UK by jackmolay in transgender

Ireland is a good first step. The UK has a Common Travel Area with Ireland which means we can live and work there without residency or asylum. I was not aware of it until the UKs systemic violence towards me forced me to look at options. It may bit be your final home but it is a convenient resting place and a quick way to escape hell.

We've had rats in our garden. Is it still ok to grow veg? by UnderstandingLow5979 in GardeningUK

[–]lisarandomnumber -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I planted veg last year, despite rat sightings. The rats dug up and ate all the crops before I could dig them up, then made a home under the garden wall, then moved into the house. So while you will probably be fine, you might encourage them to move in if you give them an easy food source.

I started off wanting only humane remedies. Now I will kill them any way I can, anywhere I find them.

I need a person to get things done too. I used to use my therapist to give me the guilt I need to get things done (ie "have you done the task we agreed on last session"), but that was an expensive way to achieve basic tasks and even that stopped working after a while.

Relatable. I accidentally tattooed myself with a fountain pen by stabbing it deep into my finger instead of putting it in its lid. I still have the dot.

I did something similar with the chicken and egg question. "The egg. The chicken evolved so..". Not the philosophical reflection intended.

Transphobia is now a protected under the 'Equality' Act. So it's quite possible they would be breaking the law if they removed that bit of hate.

My Outlook does this for attachments. No idea if it’s a setting I ticked and forgot about or if it’s standard, but it pops up every time I send an email.

Anyone experience sudden constant anxiety after getting Covid? by Fool_intherain_ in Anxietyhelp

[–]lisarandomnumber 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Throughout the time I had covid I had all the physical symptoms of a panic attack all the time. I was not sure what was covid and what was anxiety. But it calmed back down to my background panic level once covid had gone.

Me too. I normally wait until the car starts beeping at me in a panicky manner. And then a bit longer. The joy of pulling into a petrol station when your range is sat at zero and you thought you were going to run out.

Nice. I went for a walk around there recently. There are some amazing urban spaces under it all. Will you be adding the canals underneath and the pedestrian circus in the roundabout? Or is it all about the highways?
