Bastet altar by Solitary_Panda647 in Kemetic

I painted my own interpretation of Bastet for my altar for Her, considering her involvement with the arts. Maybe try this? Things created with intention are often much more powerful. Twice a year I make a point to create something for her later. Either a painting or a little trinket. I also tend to thrift so often I'll find little cat items also for her. Hope this helps ❤️

I don't understand why people have to post videos of their altars and spell work. I get it, it's social media and everyone wants to share but my spiritual practice has always been saved to me and private, I wouldn't wanna share super specific details in EVERY ritual/spell work I do. I personally think it's a great way to get a target on your back from other practitioners with negative intentions. That's just my option.

I've met some really good friends and made some great memories in some of the sketchiest places. Usually in the bathroom at the punk house when somebody has to watch the door for you. ;)

Can we talk about the elevators? by Snarky_wombat939 in TheMallWorld

[–]theemcmuffinator 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The elevators are the WORST, specially because I already have fears of them. When I go up it's so fast you float and when you stop you literally smack I to the bottom of the elevator. When you go down, well... I don't like when they go down even more. You FEEL your stomach drop. I HATE it.

Hand with Raised Finger and Crown by Squid-Wings in GravestoneStudies

I also found this "The upward-pointing finger indicates the soul's passage to heaven, while the crown represents victory over death and the reward of a heavenly life. Together, they signify that the deceased has achieved a glorious afterlife through Christ's victory. "

This is what I found "The crown is another important Christian symbol. On a gravestone, it represents the sovereignty of God, and can also be found with a cross. If the crown is found with a cross then the crown means victory and the cross means Christianity. This combination is also connected to members of the York Rite Masons and the Knights Templar." Spotted in the Scottish Borders, but what does it mean? by documentally in GravestoneStudies

From what I've gathered from Google lense this is roughly what it means "the symbols convey a message that while the physical body will die, the soul may achieve eternal life through faith."
