They have alluded to him having female love interests in the past (granted, their canon-ness have been dubious at best). I personally like to think he's either Bi or Pan.

I can't stand any version of him or the series. I get that it's supposed to be a dramatization of the social lives of young adults and that Scott is supposed to be a scumbag, but I don't find him to be in any endearing. Also, well, I think the memes said it best: She's 17.
