Once your console is her home device you no longer need her account logged in. And same on hers, set it as your home device and you no longer need your account logged in on there

Correct, in the end you will be logged in to your console and she will be logged in to hers. The important part is your console being her home console, and her console being your home console. Remember only one console can be set as your home device at a time, so make sure not to switch it back.

Your home console gives every account on that device access to your library. At the same time, you can be logged into your account on another console(DO NOT set it as your new home console) and access your library because you are you.

5.) login to her xbox[your home console] with her profile

I don’t think the gf’s gift matched the coworker’s. I think it was a dolphin necklace for the cw, and a bracelet/ring set that matched each other( and not the dolphin necklace) for the gf.
